Life is full of twists and turns, especially during adolescence. These formative years can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times isolating—and navigating them often requires more support than we realize.

My journey with therapy started in high school, after facing mental health challenges throughout my adolescence. That experience deeply influenced the therapist I’ve become. I’m passionate about counseling because I want to be the therapist I wish I had back then—someone who creates a safe, compassionate space for healing, growth, and connection. My goal is to support my clients as they work through life’s challenges and uncover their own strength and resilience.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with five years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image concerns, and stress management. Throughout my training and career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings including schools, community mental health, and private practice.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person’s story is unique and valuable. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as a holistic lens—considering how daily habits like sleep, nutrition, movement, and routine impact mental health. When working with children and adolescents, I love to get creative and use music, art, games, and movement to build rapport and keep sessions engaging. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported just as they are. Whether you're navigating big life changes, facing ongoing struggles, or simply need someone to walk alongside you, my goal is to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care. You're not alone—and healing is possible.

What Makes me Human

  • Being active has always been a big part of my life—I grew up riding horses and swimming competitively. These days, self-care looks like taking my dog on walks, gardening, doing arts and crafts, and spending quality time with friends and family. I’m also a big fan of live sports, and love cheering on the Seahawks, Kraken or the Seattle Storm whenever I get the chance!

  • I firmly believe in celebrating the little things—like a good cup of coffee, crossing off an item on the to-do list, fresh flowers on the table, or a quiet moment filled with dog cuddles.

  • I was a captain of Bellevue High School swim team during my senior year.  During my freshman year, we won the state championship title—a memory that still fills me with pride and taught me a lot about teamwork and perseverance.
